Ugg Reviews. Is the Fuss Really Worth It?

Even though Uggs have been around for awhile they became very popular within the last couple of years. Ugg reviews on the Internet are full of praise and claims that these boots are like Heaven for your feet and there are no other boots like them.

Top be honest, I didn’t even want to check if these claims were true, because when I thought of Ugg I immediately thought ugly (no matter how corny it sounds). I mean who cares how comfortable they are if they are the most unflattering shoes your feet will ever touch. They seem shapeless and to be frank, quite unpractical for the winter since they are not waterproof.

Every time I saw stylish women wearing Uggs I would have an urge to come and ask them why the heck they are wearing these ugly things on their feet. But since I never had the balls to do it and my curiosity started really bothering me, I got myself a pair.

I didn’t buy a pair of classic Uggs. I got a more sturdy (and less ugly in my opinion) pair, which I even forgot what it was called. I didn’t change my mind about their ugliness and my Uggs are probably the most unattractive boots in my closet, but as far as the comfort and the warmth go, I agree with the Ugg reviews that I read: there are no other boots like it.

Ugg boots are made really well on the inside and on the outside. They are made of pure high-quality sheepskin. You are supposed to wear Uggs sockless, but nothing bad is going to happen if you wear socks with them.

What I didn’t know about Ugg boots before is that they not only keep your feet warm in winter, but they keep your feet cool in summer. I personally don’t see myself wearing Ugg boots with summer dresses, but maybe it is because I am too old for that or not trendy enough. :)
